In addition, traditional corn processing method has bad treatment of peeling and embryo removal result as well as low kernel content, low embryo content and high residual in finished products. Three drying lines are in need to dry embryo, maize flour and feed, which cause secondary purchasing of drying equipment, factory area, coal consumption, electric consumption, and manual investment etc.
The adopts of dry corn milling processing line has no need of drying equipment, thus causes low investment on plant construction. In additions, there is few residuals existing in maize flour.
New Corn grits milling process
New corn grits processing flow adopts improved corn grit milling machine. Only one set of corn grits milling machine is enough to be equipped with each processing line. However, old corn grit machine adopts common milling machines with 3 sets equipment to each production line.
The adopts of special corn grit making machine has superior advantages of low electric consumption, no white spots (starch grains), grits like round arc, no water chestnut, radius type and bright color and so on.
